- I love this show! Shrek is one Big, Bright, Beautiful set! But it looks intricate and difficult to install. Will I need help?
- A 3DT Tech Consult is required with this package at a four day minimum. This rate is not included in the base rental fee. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us for details
- How is this package shipped?
- For the full package, Shrek is 2 53-foot enclosed trucks. If the turntable option is added, it will become 3 53-foot enclosed trucks. The truck rental fee is at the responsibility of the renter. This is an additional cost to the base rental fee.
- What does this package include?
- A full Shrek package comes with Scenery (Turntable optional), Costumes, Props, Puppets, and Drops. For alternate options / packages, please contact us directly.
- Is the turntable really optional? I don’t need it for this show?
- Correct! The turntable is optional. Click here for more information. Turntable information coming soon!
- Does the “Once upon a time” show curtain projection / gobo come with the package?
- No, that’s part of a separate projection component. Please feel free to contact our designers, friends of 3DT, Jonathan Infante. Contact info coming soon!
- How many crew members do I need to run the show?
- For safety, we recommend 6 minimum, ideally 8, deck crew members and 2 rail people. This does not include wigs, dressers, props, or sound.
COSTUME FAQs
- What is in this costume package?

- What does this costume package travel in?
- This package travels in 10 gondolas and 4 optional boxes of fabric.
- Will we be allowed to alter anything?
- You are permitted to alter costuming for size and make needed minor repairs during your rental. Permanent alterations are not allowed. You may not alter the appearance of a costume and all costumes must be restored before you return them.
- Are wigs included in this package?
- Yes. Our wigs are maintained, however, depending upon the timing of your rental, we may not be able to guarantee that wigs will be styled when you receive them. We will notify you of this prior to your scheduled delivery.
- Are prosthetics and / or makeup included?
- These are not part of our costume package. Our prosthetics package is available for a separate rental fee, and renters are required to use our prosthetics artist, unless other arrangements have been approved by our Executive Producer. Please contact us directly for more information.
- Are shoes included with this package?
- Shoes are included as listed on the inventory and only in the listed sizes. We are not able to build shoes to fit, nor do we have additional shoes in stock for this package.
- I want to include a character or role that I don’t see on this inventory. Can I get that added?
- At this time, we are unable to build costumes on demand.
- I’m going to have a larger cast and more tracks than are normally included for this show. Can you pull from stock to enhance this package?
- We do not have additional stock for this package.
- Please note that the following items are not included with your rental:
- Tights, stockings, Dance Briefs, Rehearsal Pods, Unitards (except where noted on the inventory), and all other “skin parts”.
- What about the Duloc “Greeter Head”?
- The Duloc “Greeter Head” is part of the Props package.
- How does Pinocchio’s nose grow?
- When he lies! (Instructions will be provided with the rental package)
SCENERY FAQs
- What is included in this package?
- For our scenery inventory, click here. Inventory list coming soon!
- Is any of this package automated?
- No, with the exception of the turntable if you’ve added that feature.
- How do those trees work?
- The tree sliders are on a track and are operated by crew members (1 crew member per slider). The trees do slightly float above the decking.
- What is your tallest piece of scenery?
- Our tallest piece is Fiona’s Tower at 16 feet tall.

- How does the Dragon work?
- We can’t give away all our secrets! Our Dragon requires 4 adult puppeteers. Instructions are included with your rental.
